Principal Engineer
MSc-qualified Civil Engineer with international experience supporting the delivery of residential and urban infrastructure projects across the UK and Australia.
Scott moved to Australia with his fiancée in November 2024. Since then, he has worked with civil contractors, consultants, and governing bodies across the country. Initially, his experience on the Gold Coast involved site-based delivery of subdivision and local council projects for civil contractors. This local knowledge, combined with a network of trusted subcontractors and suppliers, has been vital in developing and maintaining strong industry relationships.
Scott has a strong background in coordinating multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, and authorities through design development, procurement, and construction. He is highly competent in cost control, forecasting, programme management, and contract administration, with proven experience delivering safe, high-quality outcomes in live residential environments. Scott is commercially aware, technically strong, and collaborative in his approach.

Assistant Project Manager
Ryan is a key member of the team, having graduated from Bond University with a degree in Project Management. He is driven and demonstrates a strong interest in urban development and infrastructure. With a background in residential estimating, Ryan is eager to learn and continually develop his skills within the industry.
As an Assistant Project Manager, Ryan supports estimating, quantity take-offs, tendering, procurement, project planning, contract administration, and project coordination. He also assists with construction methodologies, cost tracking, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery activities across a range of infrastructure and development projects.
